Originally from Houston, TX, Terinee Bonds made DC her home in 2010 when her husband landed a job here after grad school. Real estate runs in her family—she grew up surrounded by it, and it’s been part of her story ever since. She built her first home at 21, became a landlord at 23, and has continued to expand her experience in the industry, from owning and managing rental properties to operating and consulting on short-term rentals, wholesaling, creative financing, and beyond. Terinee’s been a licensed Realtor® in DC since 2014 and is also licensed in MD and VA.

Whether she’s guiding a first-time homebuyer, helping clients relocate smoothly, or working on high-end luxury deals, she’s all in. Beyond her work with clients, Terinee serves as a productivity coach at her brokerage, where she mentors new agents to help them build strong foundations in their real estate careers. She’s also active in her real estate community, serving on the DC Association of Realtors’ Public Policy and Affordable Housing Committees and as an advisory board member for the birdSEED Foundation, a nonprofit offering grants to first-time BIPOC homebuyers in the DC area.
